How do I place an order?

How much do your charge for screenprinting t-shirts or other apparel?
Charges for screenprinting are dependent on a number of factors, with the principal factors being the quantity of items, the number of colors and locations being printed on the apparel. Prices go down significantly at various quantity break-points, and go up as the number of colors to be printed increase, as well as the number of locations printed (e.g., front, front and back). In addition, there is a small charge for special locations, such as sleeves, and for printing on special items, such as jackets.
Is there a minimum order?
While there is no minimum order quantity for screenprinted or embroidered apparel, an order of 12 or more is most cost-effective. Also, we may use an alternative technique, e.g., CAD-cutting, for orders requested for screenprinting for quantities of less than 12.
How much does Speedy's T's charge for helping me design and to do the artwork?
Generally, we do not charge for assisting you in designing and for doing the artwork for your custom garment order. Your assistance may be as little as a description of what you are looking for, up to completed artwork in Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw format. For complex art, we charge our cost at $35.00 per hour.
What is a specialty ink?
A specialty ink is something done out of the norm, such as neon, glitter, foil, and puff.
Do you match PMS colors for screenprinting?
We can match PMS colors for screenprinting at an additional cost. But remember, the PMS colors may not exactly match when printed on a garment.
Is it possible that the color(s) printed on garments will not look the same as viewed online?
It is probable, as various monitors show different shades of colors. However, it will be close to the color requested.
What size print can you do?
The maximum size print we can do is 14.5” wide and tall, with 12.5” being the standard t-shirt size. Actually, the size of print is dependent on what “look” you are looking for. We will work with you to get it right.
Where can I get my design printed?
We can print on the front, back, bottom, sleeve(s), top of neck on back, and side of apparel.
How do I get a sample?
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the sample desired. We will ship your sample (non-decorated) to you at a reduced price plus $5.00 for shipping.
Can I get a screenprinted sample?
Although we do not provide screenprinted samples, we will work with you to ensure the artwork is what you want prior to printing your order.
How do I get a catalog?
You have access to our various catalogs online at the catalogs tab.
How/when do I pay?
Payment may be made by check, money order, or via credit card (info provided by customer over phone), with 100% payable at the time of the order. Don’t worry – we absolutely guarantee our products and services – no worries Mate!
How do I cancel an order?
Send your request to email@example.com and identify the order number you want to cancel. If we have not started the project, we will cancel the order for a $50 cancelation fee. However, if we have completed your order, we cannot cancel the order.
How soon can I get my order?
Standard processing time is shipment of your order within 5-7 business days after receipt and completion of all information required to complete the order.
What if I need it now?
We will screenprint your order and ship it within 2 business days after receipt and completion of all information required to complete the order for a 25% rush charge.
Can I get different sizes of T’s or other apparel for the same order?
Sure you can. Please remember, XXL and larger sizes usually have an upcharge of $1 to $2 (more in some cases).
Can I order different color T’s or other apparel for the same order?
Certainly, you may get different color items as long as the same design and inks can be used.
Can you guarantee a shipping date?
We would like to be able to, but unfortunately, we cannot control shippers, e.g., UPS, USPS, Fed-Ex, etc., delivery dates. However, we guarantee that we will provide the completed products to the shippers on or before the date agreed upon between you and our customer service representatives. Although shippers tend to do a very good job in delivering on time, we recommend that you leave yourself a couple of days of margin for unforeseen circumstances.
How do I get my artwork to you?
Email us your artwork (e.g., Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw) electronic files to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure that you indicate on the email information needed to identify which project the artwork is for, e.g., your name and phone number, and quantity and type of items ordered. If you don’t have the artwork and want us to design if for you, but have a concept, whether it be a drawing or simple written description, fax it to (888) 812-5568 and let us help you design your masterpiece!
What if my job is complex?
We will do our best to help you with our on-site graphic artist. If the task proves too complex, we will use one of our free-lance graphic artists, and bill you at a rate of $35 per hour.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs varies based on carrier, quantity and weight of products being shipped, from/to locations, required in-hand dates, etc. We only charge you what the shippers charge us.
